Neurovascular Centre

Working with neurologists, neurocardiologists, neurosurgeons and intensive care physicians, the Neurovascular Centre diagnoses and treats vessel-related diseases of the arterial and venous blood vessels in brain circulation. These are usually acute, life-threatening states that must be treated immediately. We specialise in the following diseases:

  • Cerebral artery aneurysms (torn or non-bleeding)
  • Vascular malformations (angioma, dural arteriovenous fistula)
  • Strokes based the vascular constrictions of the arteries supplying the brain
  • Hemorrhagic strokes due to brain hemorrhages
  • Rare vascular diseases (moyamoya disease, trigeminal neuralgia)
  • Closures of major venous sinuses (sinus vein thrombosis

Our interdisciplinary team develops the optimal treatment plan for each patient. The excellent treatment provided by our experts in the Neurovascular Centre have been proven and certified by national societies.
