Patient Services

The Unfallkrankenhaus Berlin strives to provide not only the best medical and nursing care to its patients, it also seeks to set the standards in terms of patient service. Our goal is to raise patient satisfaction. In times of great physical and emotional distress, our employees do everything they can to bring greater comfort to patients and their loved-ones, taking their meal orders and offering them fresh coffee and tea, ensuring the fresh change of bed-linen and, of course, making sure the flowers in their rooms are looked after. They are happy to respond to any of your little special requests.

Guest Houses

Two guest-houses offer loved ones and guests the possibility of staying in close proximity to the hospital overnight. In all, there are 32 rooms (House 4 has 15 rooms, House 8 has 17 rooms), equipped with TV, telephone, mini-bar, shower, WC and a safe. Many of the rooms are adapted to the needs of the disabled, and all their bright, cheerful layouts in peaceful surroundings guarantee a stress-free stay.
